Level 1 – Complete Wedding Planning

This package is designed for the engaged working couple because planning a wedding is a full-time job. The services for this package help you from the time of your engagement until the last person leaves your reception.

Package specifics are:
-Complete budget analysis
-Planning sessions with the Bride and Groom to discuss wedding details
-Arranging and attending site visits to vendors
-Assisting you with vendor selections
-Arranging transportation for bridal party and guests
-Pre-event coordination with all vendors
-Coordination of your rehearsal dinner, after wedding brunch and guest activities
-Creation and distribution of the wedding day schedule to all vendors
-Attendance at the rehearsal
-Unlimited wedding day coordination
-Includes 2 staff members with radios at your ceremony, to provide complete coordination
-Lodging for staff is required for weddings outside the Pinellas County area.

Package rate starts at $5,000.00

Level 2 – Hourly Consulting

Are you feeling overwhelmed?
Are your family members trying to take control?
Is your job requiring more of your time than expected?
Are you living outside of Tampa Bay, and do not know where to begin?
Do you want someone at your wedding to make sure everything flows smoothly?
Then this package was made for you.

This package is designed on an hourly basis to give you the support and the peace of mind you need.

-You can ask as many questions as you want or need
-You have access to all of our preferred vendors, as well as, our recommendations.

Hourly rate is: 85.00/hour

Level 3 – Something In Between

This package is designed for the couple that:
-Are able to do some of the planning themselves
-Need help finding an unusual vendor
-Coordinating a specific piece of the event (such as transportation for guests, hotel rooms for guests, guest activities, rehearsal dinner, bridal showers, after wedding brunch)

This package is priced on an individual basis. The details are discussed at our first meeting to determine the level of services required. Based on the needs discussed a price is estimated and included in a proposal.

Minimum fee: 2,000.00
