Booking questions
Is this a confirmed booking?
No — this sends a request. We check your date against our install calendar, confirm availability, and send a custom quote. Your date is secured once you approve the quote and retainer.
Why are there no prices listed?
Every venue is different — ceiling height, tent size, rigging and load-in all change the design. Custom quoting means you pay for exactly your room, nothing more.
Can I combine drapery with lighting?
Absolutely — it’s our favourite combination. Ceiling drapery with uplighting, or a backdrop with market lights, is how most of our signature looks are built. Add both to your request and we’ll design them together.
Do you install in tents and outdoor venues?
Yes — tents, gardens, beach pavilions and ballrooms across Tampa Bay. For giveaway and specialty installs, the venue simply needs to meet our installation criteria; ask us and we’ll confirm yours.
How far ahead should I request?
Peak Saturdays book months ahead, but since 1997 we’ve pulled off some beautiful short-notice transformations too. Send the request — if we can make it happen, we will.
